Creating space for interdisciplinary perspectives. Its mission is to bridge disciplines and lived experience to drive informed dialogue with the the goal of influencing policies to become more harmless.
The launch issue, features a cover story on women in prison, highlighting the need for improved mental health care, the structural barriers they face, and the urgent need for policy change and restorative approaches within the justice system. The cover image is upsetting, depicting the extremely difficult daily experience of many of these women.
